Real estate is not only my chosen field, but is also my passion. I grew up in the Bay Area and I specialize in the entire East Bay area. I attended CSUN and then earned a teaching credential from UCLA. I taught high school for fifteen years. I am a member of SAG and AFTRA (have been since 1974), and have had many featured roles on television such as: "Happy Days","Fernwood 2-Nite", etc. I have
done over twenty-five national television commercials, many television, movie, and industrial films, game shows, theater/stage roles, TV and radio voice-overs, along with print, billboard and magazine advertisements.
But, for over eighteen years now, my starring role has been as a full-time Realtor, negotiating both buyer and seller transactions involving resale homes, new construction, commercial and business real estate, bankruptcy-court, and investment properties. In my first two years in real estate, I earned the honor of the "Rookie of the Year" award and my Brokers' license. I am a relocation specialist with a CMMS designation and am part of the elite USAA team. I am consistently in the top 7% of Realtors nationwide, and in the top 3% since 2005!Recipiant of the Bay East Assoc. of Realtors (BEAR) GRAND MASTER AWARD since 2006. Also, Member of METROLIST Realtors for Cent.CA.
My passion is helping people buy and sell real estate, investing in themselves and in our great area; thereby helping them to keep as much of their tax dollars as possible. I have always believed that owning real estate is the best investment you can make, and today that is more true than ever! ** I am pleased to say that my son, Jon, earned his real estate license, after finishing college, and has been working with me for several years now. I have also mentored many other agents over the years who have become successful Realtors. Enthusiasm, perseverance, good negotiating techniques, exceeding your clients' expectations, honesty, hard work, and integrity are what I believe in and teach. These characteristics have earned me a strong business.
I believe in education, and keep current with the changing real estate laws, contracts and disclosures and have earned the designation of GRI. I use the latest technology when marketing my listings and when helping my buyers to obtain the right properties. I believe that the internet is a wonderful marketing tool and use it voraciously. I put my listings on many real estate sites.
Mine is a referral business and thank each of my clients for recommending me to their family and friends. It is the highest compliment I receive when someone recommends me to others because I have exceeded his or her expectations. If you find the right one, you only need one Realtor for life.
My clients have helped me for several years to achieve the International President's Circle Award, (only approx. 9% of agents nationwide achieve this prestigious award), and I thank each and every one of them! Then, in 2005 I attained the coveted achievement award of International President's Elite, making me one of the top 3% agents nationwide. Again, I credit this to my clients and their referrals of family, friends and co-workers. How proud it makes me when I receive such a high compliment that they know their loved ones will be taken care of as well as they were!
